Register

The HF register allows you to register your diploma and make it publicly visible. The database is maintained in our national languages and in English.

The HF register is a national register that manages diplomas and qualifications and is maintained by the ODEC.

• It serves as a public database for graduates of higher vocational colleges or technical schools.
• The register gives employers the opportunity to find out about the existence of qualifications and their authenticity.
• The ODEC ensures that a copy of all registered and mentioned qualifications is deposited at the office.

Service

• If you lose your diploma, we will send you a printed copy
• If required, we will send you a PDF of your diploma by e-mail
• We manage your diplomas until cancellation, no expiry of the retention period
